Sweden. Nordic Perfumers offers free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Your orders will be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days.
Europe. Nordic Perfumers offers free shipping on all orders within Europe. Your orders will be delivered in approximately 3-7 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive. For European countries outside of the European Union, please be aware that our shop prices do not include any extra fees like customs and duty fees that may be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer, so please refer to your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs that may occur before placing an order.
Rest of the world. For customers living outside of Europe, your order will be shipped to you in approximately 7-15 business days. Please be aware that our shop prices do not include any extra fees like customs and duty fees that may be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Can I cancel or change my order? If you wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us ASAP. If your order has not been processed yet, then it’s possible. If it’s already been processed, then we cannot modify or cancel your order as our packing and shipping has already been done.
How do I inquire about a return? If you have any problems with your order, please email: np@nordicperfumers.com. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Right of withdrawal within 14 days after the customer receives their order. The order needs to be unopened for an acceptable return.
Do you pay for return shipping? Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Nordic Perfumers is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to Nordic Perfumers.
What happens if an order is fraudulent? If we perceive your order to be fraudulent, we will place your order on hold and email and/or call the email address and phone number you provided at checkout, asking you to confirm your order details. If we do not hear back within 2 days, we will proceed to cancel your order.
Quality and guarantee. If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Nordic Perfumers’ quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Nordic Perfumers cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. scratches on the bottle caused by sharp objects), defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and ageing.
